Unlike many other real estate search websites that are available on the internet, SDHomeMap’s property information comes directly from the MLS, which is the most accurate source of information for listed properties.
SDHomeMap’s simple design and interface makes it easy for users to find available properties that match your search criteria, making your time searching for properties a breeze.
You can begin your search by clicking on one of the options on the upper navigation bar, or you use the search criteria available on the left-hand side of the webpage.
Let me add a few search options, input my criteria, and then click on “View Results”.
After your results populate, you can either view the details of any property by clicking on the property icon on the map, or by clicking on the brief property detail on the left.
Once you’re on the property detail page, there will be a ton of information available to you about that property including information about similar properties that have sold recently in the area, school information, and even a mortgage calculator that will give you a fairly good idea of what your mortgage expense would be for that property.
If you would like to receive automatic updates on additional properties as they come on the market, click on “Register Now”, fill out the form, and click “Register”.
Now don’t worry. You can cancel at any time.
